Carlos Rey Valenti is directly responsible for founding the company, creating and executing the company’s annual business plan, and supervising all day-to-day operations, including building relationships and successful partnerships with local architects, designers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. His reputation for building strong project management teams and delivering on client commitments is the driving force that continues to cement ATF Builders as “The New Brand In Miami’s Luxury Home Marketplace.”

Outside of his leadership role with ATF Builders, Carlos supports the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Amigos For Kids and participates in other philanthropic endeavors throughout the community of South Florida. Before establishing ATF Builders, Carlos was the managing director for a Florida-based property and casualty insurance agency that he developed from the ground up. Carlos increased annual policy premium revenue from zero to $3 million in two years by expanding market share and establishing alliance initiatives. He calculatedly sold the business for 2.75 times its net profit value.
